The FY 26 Annual CoC meeting is coming up on August 19, 2026 at New College of Florida (previously University of South Florida Sarasota-Manatee Campus), Selby Auditorium at 8350 N Tamiami Trl, Sarasota, FL 34243. Please join us for networking and light refreshments beginning at 8:30 am, the meeting will be called to order at 9:15 am. |
At this meeting we will be holding elections for Leadership Council seats with terms beginning 10.1.2026. The following seats are available:
Manatee County Law Enforcement
State Certified Behavioral Health: one representative from Centerstone and one from Lightshare Behavioral Wellness and Recovery.
State Certified Domestic Violence
Rapid Rehousing
Faith Community
Unaccompanied Youth with Homeless Experience (age 16-24)
If you are interested in serving on this important governance board focused on collaboration and coordination to address homelessness in Manatee and Sarasota Counties, please complete an application and email it to David Setchel, Director of Community Engagement at david@suncoastpartnership.org by COB on Friday, August 14, 2026. Please note, elected members must have, or plan to have, an active CoC membership.
In conjunction with the Annual Meeting, our CoC must review the Governance Charter. There are currently no proposed changes on the agenda.
