2026 Request For Proposals

Suncoast Partnership, on behalf of the Suncoast CoC Leadership Council, is pleased to announce the call for proposals for programs and services to assist those at risk of and experiencing homelessness in our CoC. (FL-500 Manatee and Sarasota Counties)

Funds available in this RFP are issued through the State of Florida.

A timeline of key dates is available on page 5; the application deadline is Monday, June 22nd at 9:30 am.

Q. Are PSH projects eligible?

R. Yes, rental assistance and supportive services are eligible expenses under Challenge.  A proposal for a PSH project would get submitted under “Other”.

Q. Can projects currently funded through RUSH use the renewal option under ESG?

R. No, RUSH was a special allocation of funding and is not renewable.  Any project currently funded through RUSH would need to be submitted as a new application.
