2025 HUD NOFO
On November 13th, HUD released a Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for Continuum of Care (CoC) funds. This NOFO “rescinds and supersedes any mention of awards in the FY 2024 and FY 2025 Continuum of Care Competition and Renewal or Replacement of Youth Homeless Demonstration Program Grants published on July 31, 2024 and includes several changes” (p. 15 of FY25 CoC NOFO). It contains significant changes to HUD priorities and the processes for this competition compared to previous years.
The FY 25 CoC NOFO is available here: FY 2025 Continuum of Care Competition and Youth Homeless Demonstration Program Grants NOFO
We anticipate the release of our local funding competition request for proposals (RFP) to be on, or around, November 28th, 2025. This RFP will be distributed via our email list and posted here on our website. If you are not on our email list, you may sign up by visiting our Contact page.
